A sizable part of my research in physics touches on the Foundations of Mathematics. My interest in foundations of math started when I was an undergraduate physics student, and continued with my graduate work at the Brazilian Center for Research in Physics under the supervision of Prof. Francisco Antonio Doria and Antonio Fernandes Teixeira. While working with Doria, I also had the privilege to be co-advised and to collaborate with Prof. Newton da Costa, considered the father of para-consistent logic. Recently, I have been interested in quasi-set theories and negative probabilities as mathematical formalisms to represent contextuality, and I have been working with Décio Krause, Gary Oas, and Federico Holik on these topics. A link to some of my publications on Foundations of Math can be found on my Publications page, including my PhD dissertation and MS thesis.
